*****ing our money

I am very disappointed with level of *********** from Absa, my wife went to the Branch Empangeni for a loan settlement amount and she was given and we made a payment to settle their loan and we were told that their system will allocate the payment and there won't be any debit order running. Absa bank you still debiting our account and we need our money reversed and close your loan account.
