*****ING OF BANKING DETAILS: UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDER

<p>In April, I was debited 89.99 by a company called Sekunjalo. After numberous calls I managed to get hold of a lady at customer care who promised that I will be refunded after 10 days. The refund was indeed put through after 10 days by TLG2 Marketing (COLLECTNET)</p> <p><br />Just yesterday, I was debited by a company that is called GR Lifes R99.99, on calling my bank, I was given a number of Softy Comp, a company in Centurion. The lady I spoke to at Softy comp told me the process debit orders for GR Life. She gave me a Durban number. An arrogant male answered, wanting to know when I was born, my ID No etc, I refused to give him as I had only called to ask for my refund. I doubt that I will get any refund from them.</p> <p><br />I am worried about many bank client who are not aware of this ****. If R99.99 is deducted to 5 million customers without knowing, these people are making around R499 950 000 (Four hundred and nighty nine million, nine hundred and fifty thousand) per month, per year is ***(Five Billion, Nine hundred and nighty nine million, four hundred thousand). This is just an estimate, it can be more. Please help me to stop these vultures, and help many more other South Africans who are ****med without knowing. Why do you allow unauthorised debit orders to go through? Now to reverse the debit order will cost me atleast R120.</p>
