*****ing my savings

I have been with Absa for quite sometime now, Absa is well aware that i am under debt review. Every month i receive a statement from my debt counsellors showing that payment has been made. So my surprise my salary was paid in (25 March 2019) and i used to the Absa app on my phone to see my balance , a journal debit of the amount of R1982.24 was taken from my account 20 March 2019, without my consent, so this means if you have a little extra in your bank account Absa can just take your money without you even knowing, so Absa is *****ing my money. They have no right to do this i can't reverse this action because it's a journal debit, my credit card is paid every month and there is no reason for them to take my money. I would appreciate if my money can and will be paid back to me , it was not there's to take in the first place. This makes me think how safe is your money really is, i do have notify me when a payment gets made or money paid in but i receive no notification that they have taken my money if i didn't go onto the app to check my balance i wouldn't have noticed it. I would like you to rectify this please.
