*****ing from clients

I'm getting calls from absa about my credit card being in arrears and when I app**** for it I opted debit order payment, but it was canceled by who I don't know. Now I'm over due on the account and I get calls from debt review that me as absa have them my number, after absa merged with Edcon now you are *****ing from us. Anna manager she also told me that she will block this account all in all poor service.
