STAY AWAY FROM ABSA TRUST ME.

Once again. Pathethic service from abss. They cant even get a payment date change right. I called in more than 30 days in advance to change my car loans debit dates from the 1st to the 25th of each month and they send a confirmation email saying the date will be edited. Small change in pricing due to days of interest. Come the 25th of this month no debit. Till today the 30th of the month no debit. You have to beg these idiots to take their money. Had a problem with cancelling their car insurance had a problem now with the home loan. Its just endless for Absa bank. I will advize anyone not to ever use absa. One of the worst banks to go into as i had an account many years ago with them and gave them a chance with my home loan and car loan but worst rates on my car loan ever. Bdo is a bunch of ******. Pathetic. Clearly run by a bunch of fools.
