Stay Away from Absa Bank

ABSA are terrible funds were paid into the wrong account that i no longer use on the 12th of July. I went to the branch on the 25th, where i was told they can see the funds they will transfer the funds to correct account in 7 working days. I called them on the 6th August to check if all is well only to find out that they didnt start the refund process. They will start it now only. Terrible bank would never go back. Then the consultant even **** and said it was processed on the 1st when i called back i was told it was never processed i must wait another 7 days what nonsense a whole month basically.
