Stay away from ABSA AIP Vehicle insurance

What are traumatic depressing experience,I got hijacked and kidnapped on first week of December 2022.After making a cliam with ABSA AIP, They kept quit the whole of December.

January they came back requesting information, in order for them to do the next step they waited for me to do a follow up all the time ,after multiple follow up they finally said everything have been done and that they are going to send a LOSS DOCUMENT to sign.

Ever since they dissappeared ,Everytime I do a follow up I deal with a rude lady at cliams department she keep saying they will call me back and never call this have been going on for weeks.Imagine such a big business.

Now dealing with the trauma and depression that comes with hijacking and kidnapping I also have to deal with the frustration and depression that comes with dealing with my ABSA AIP insurance. If I could I'd give 0 star rating. what an experience 😪😪😪😪
