STAY AWAY from ABSA

ABSA Action Line is useless and has always been useless! Logged a call with them last year (2017-11-24) and they still haven't given me feedback. They are apparently still working on the case. Ref Num: ********** .

Every time I call for an update, they say that they will call me with the next 2-5 working days....well its almost a year now. I think that the staff don't know how to call back because numbers scare them and I would not be surprised if they don't know how to read either.

I've chatted to at least 8 people there who had no idea on how email works (because they don't reply to my emails).
