Stay away frim ABSA Home insurance!

We logged a claim on 27th of August. To date the job is not completed! *********** service prividers are sent to do the job. Stay away for ABSA Home Insurance. Many calls made begging for service while holding on for hours for call centre to phone *********** service providers for update. Our time and airtime wasted. We pay and have to beg to get repairs done. To many companies involved to complete job. DAS and LD Builders! Shocking!!!! Ref ***. Dont deserve one star. Should be nil!
