This is the 5th complaint in this regard. I DO NOT WANT ANY POST FROM ABSA. I want to receive all communication via email. Yet, after so many people "making the necessary changes to the system", I STILL GET STATEMENTS VIA POST. How hard can this be???? I am about to close my account. My most recent complaint (28 July): "I refer you to my similar posts of 14 January and 1 March and June. I am STILL receiving interest statements via post AS WELL AS IT3B tax certificates. How is it not possible to correct this? Surely you should just contact the persons that print these statements and update their system? Please assist. This exposes me to unnecessary risk. I DO NOT WANT TO RECEIVE ANY POST FROM ABSA. Everything should come through on my email."
