Statements

I have had a student loan account in my name with this bank for the last 3 years. I have web access to another account and have asked that the student loan account also be available for me to view on line. I have been in to the branch on at least 6 different occasions to request this, I have sent at least 5 emails requesting this and have made a number of phone calls requesting this.<br> <br> Each time I am assured that the account has been linked to my existing profile and it will be visible for me to view but it has never been visible.<br> <br> This makes it difficult to keep track of things. Come on ABSA!! this cant be that difficult. Surely!
