Statement on account
I sent an email to internal recoveries on the 26th August asking for an updated statement so I can see what is still owing, on the 28th August got email back asking which account, which I rep**** to, as of today the 9th September I have received no statement or any feedback. How must I know what my account balance is if nobody response to email. Ref numbers C-***5 and C-***8
