Statement of Account

I have a credit card with Absa which was paid by Debtguide on my behalf due to some discrepancy of short payments , for some reasons my debt was sold over to LMB of which they contacted but my problem is when I request an updated statement for my outstanding amount, Absa refers me to LMB and LMB send me back to Absa, I have been making payments to Absa credit card department of which they sent Transactions details of payments that I have made to them and stated that payments were made to LMB, LMB says on call to me that they need a statement on PDF I should request it myself, but up to these far no updated statement sent to me yet LMB advised that I should just continue make payment to their account of which am not sure how much is outstanding.
