Statement nightmare

I obtained vehicle finance from ABSA VEHICLE AND ASSET FINANCE in 2020 and have eversince not received a single statement from them monthly as advertised. Last year (2024) I contacted ABSA VEHICLE AND ASSET FINANCE on three seperate occasions and only then did I receive a statement mailed to me. Every time there is a different reason on why I dont receive a monthly statement. Latest excuse lf many was that apparently they had the wrong email address. Contacting them in this regard is a tedious business with unanswered emails, reference numbers, lenghy telephone holds and listening to prerecorded messages. After 4 attemps over the last 2 years I have come to the conclusion that ABSA VEHICLE AND ASSET FINANCE simply dont have the aptitude to send montly statements as advertised. I am very very much disappointed. Obtaining a simple thing as a statement is becoming a nightmare.
