Stalked for by ABSA consultants over up to date account

For the past 6weeks we have been receiving calls on a daily basis from the Home loans division on a daily basis over account ********** 47. The consultants range from Ntombi, Jacob and Thoko who have been harassing during working hours. We have on numerous occasions done follow ups and gone into branches to be provided opposite information. It is not only frustrating but agitating to be called at work and told such news. This matter could have been handled far better than how it was. An apology was only received after several follow ups and proof of payment sent through. The outstanding amount was said to be R23 000 but when we went into the branch and did follow ups we were advised of R1 800 which resulted from the repo rate increasing. In this regard no communication was received over the increase. The failure to communicate and update has made us not question the service received from ABSA but being a client at your establishment.
