Staff working for ABSA

Staff that's working for ABSA Insurance Company Ltd is ***********. Had requested over a month back to cancel my policy with ABSA After I had to follow up nothing was done. Had requested my excisting polily from them battle for three days now. After numerous phonecalls and e mails. Nobody replies or make empty promises . So much for client confidentiality they even send you other peoples policy after you had requested your own policy with 100 e mails with your own policy number supp****. although they cant even do their simpe task, it is too much to ask for a manager, guess you can only get in contact with one of them, by doing a post on hello peter, well that's if you are lucky and they are not on either a tea or lunch break. Not only that all the consultants are always busy, it raises the question.. busy with what, if they don't even know what they are doing. ten to one sending all the wrong info to the wrong people. WHY SHOULD WE ACCEPT THIS POOR SERVICE?? when will employees do what they get paid for in this Country?
