Staff not knowing what is going on
I phoned the call centre to cofirm settlement amount of my loan. I borrowed R50,000 in Sept 2015 and want to settle early. Call centre agent states my settlement amount is R74,000! This after i have paid 5 instalments already! She could not explain how settlement is more than loan amount! ***********!
