I would like to give a compliment to Merriam Ntsoane from Absa Home loan devision. She went over and beyond through a very diffucult home loan application, took calls at 7 Pm to assist us in making sure that the client got an approval. She was professional, gave feedback and put herself in the shoes of a client going through a horrible experience. Thank you for installing stewardship in your employees.
