Staff cannot help

We have a revolving loan with ABSA. Each month the debit order goes off without any hassles. When there is money available again, we can easily transfer it to our daily use account. You will also see there is a continuous flow of cash through the account. A few days ago my wife saw that their was funds available and decided to only transfer a portion for now and the rest later. Now nothing can be transferred and the call center person says it will be months again before we can use funds again? It never worked like that before. Yes, she should have transfer ed the complete amount, as we need it for car repairs, but to forfeit it all?
