There’s something wrong with this bank. It been 3 months now where they debit my account for credit card and bank charges. Then every 7th of the month they will go straight to my credit card and debit R400 for credit cards. If I asked them they keep saying they will escalate it. They’ve done it for 3 months but until today they haven’t called to explain or a feedback since it was escalated
