SQL not working if other programmes on PC also uses SQL

Specifically I want to complain about Basil Mlambo who works at the Pretoria branch. And also the call center technical staff who is supposed to be assisting clients with technical issues. We installed the ABSA business integrator and was able to run 1x debit order run. The following month, we could not even log into the BIMailbox. Called the customer help line, and after hours of trouble shooting their answer was that the programme was ******* and that a new installation had to be done. I was promised that someone will contact me within 48 hours to set up an appointment. Finally, after a week of phone calls to the call center to find out when some one will phone me back, I refused to except the answer "one of our consultants will call you back before close of business today" and demanded that an appointment be set up. Basil confirmed that he will be the one to come and re-install our programme. He came and informed us that ABSA business integrator is not compatable with other programmes which also uses SQL. He fixed the problem in 5 minutes and promised to send us the print screen shots of how to fix the error in future. We now had to do our 3rd debit order run, and again, the cannot log into the BIMailbox. Phoned the call center to get Basil to foward the screen shots which we still had not received, but no one was able to contact him, nor did he share his solution to fix this error with anyone. We were unable to load our debit orders today.
