Spin report ***** case

I would highly siggest anyone looking for a bank to not not consider absa as an option... Absa has been struggling to attract clients and well as keep the little loyal customers they have... They cant even give me a spin report of who has logged into my account in relation to case ***. I have been to the branch and back, with no luck...the only reason i have them is for their pathetic home loan. Other than that, any high earning customer should stay away from absa... I recently have a pending ***** case which i have ligfed with absa and they hvnt been able to get back to me woth regard to who cloned my card on the 20th december 2020...ifs going for a week and still they hvnt mentioned anything..i dnt think absa takes care of it clients..just close ur bank account and bank under ur pillow instead of absa.. I have already mentioned to absa that i have an idea of a consultant who viewed my account ********ly, but they claim they still investigsting.absa has comsultants who view client accounts ********ly nd nothing happens with its employees.. U not safe with this bank.
