Spam from ABSA

I keep on getting spam mail from ABSA. I don't have an account with them. I tried some time ago to get myself removed from their mailing list to no avail! I phoned again this morning to try again to get removed from the mailing list but the wait to speak to any operator is at least five minutes. I know it will take ages to be shunted around and I still probably wont have any success.
