Spam emails you can't unsubscribe from

Good and bad in general, but when bad happens, it happens bad. Right now I'm sick of their marketing emails and inability, despite my efforts, to unsubscribe. Their phone call marketing (despite strict instructions on every call to stop phoning me) still happens from time to time (FNB is far worse in this regard), but I keep getting emails from ABSA about loan offers and their reward program and keep following their instructions to email ***, but this DOES NOT WORK! I keep getting annoying advertising emails regardless of how many times I email their unsubscribe email address (4 in the last month, and I still receive 1-3 marketing emails per week). Overall ABSA is better than the other big banks in SA on many levels in my opinion, but being unable to unsubscribe from frequent advert emails is an annoying issue, and as far as I'm aware, *******.
