Sort this out asap

I am so disappointed with absa. I received a letter stating that I owe money for a loan that I settled last year already and received paid letter acc number ***.

Please sort this out ASAP

Thank you....I got your email with reference number. Can you check for me what was the reason my life cover application was declined. I did not get an explaination, maybe its due to this debt that does not exist. I recently changed to absa would have loved for all my important d/o to be with absa
