Solo traveller stranded without Absa CC usage in India

I am a solo female traveller, stranded in India with no credit card working to either withdraw cash or pay using my card. I have been here for 1 week and have spent money on international calls to Absa travel and sent many emails to different departments and still to this minute I have not got the card sorted out. I followed the process to activate my card for travel and the consultant confirmed this when I called and then my airtime ran out after 20 minutes on the call each time.
