Sole Proprietors Not Welcome

<p>I was surprised to hear from a family member that ABSA's Midrand business section had told them that they no longer open Sole Proprietor business accounts. That doesn't seem to be very supportive of small business development and seems to fly in the face of everything I thought ABSA stood for.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have held my business account as a sole proprietor at ABSA for more than 22 years - should I close it now?</p>
