So worried

I app**** for an overdraft online because it is always full in the nearest branch I then called quoting the reference number given just to find out more details of what is going to happen. The lady that helped me she told me that my residential address is not updated so I went to the branch the following day to update those details and the lovely lady that helped me emailed all the required documents as per application. I phoned again today to confirm receipt of documents I was told the lady who deals with that is in a meeting till now no one has called me as promised. I don't know if if I did get approved or by bsnk that I have been loyal to has turned and ignored me. I am so stressed because I need the money.
