So unhappy with absa

I app**** for a loan via the app...then received email requesting documents which I sent in then they told me invalid reference number but it was the reference they sent me....20 days later I receive sms they closed applications as my docs were not sent. I also attached docs in app. There service is shocking I've emailed so many times maybe time to change banks.
