SO SICK & TIRED

I have a 32 day call account with ABSA, I have been with them for many years. I recently had a spinal fusion and needed to pay medical bills. I went to the bank and gave my 32 days notice. 32 days later the money was not in my account as they had no record of my notice. I then gave notice again, but been desperate I paid the penalty to have access to my account. I was told it would be available within 24 / 48 hours. the penalty was immediatly deducted off my account, this was on 8 October. Guess what the money is still not available. I have tried called but just get transferred from pillar to post until someone cuts me off. I have been off work for some time and haven't been driving for a lot of this period. I cannot take time off to keep going into the bank. Why can you not just do what you say when you say. I have moved most of my accounts to another bank as I find ABSA just so frustrating to deal with. this has now cemented my decision and I will close my accounts fully, if I can ever get my money!!!
