So fed up with Absa
On the 12-02-2016 a claim for my husband was sent to Absa. On phoning them on *** I was told my husband needs to send an affidavit giving me permission to get information on his behalf. I was told the claim would be 6-8 weeks but tracing claims take longer for some reason. Since the 12-02-2016 up until today I have spoken to Bongani, Romeo, Ntombi X2, the last call I phoned on the 30-03 and spoke to Khaya, he told me to phone again on the 12-04-2016 as they are awaiting a tax directive. I thought no I will give them an extra week and phone today. Phoned just after 8 and was told by Rachel to phone back after an hour as the system is down, tried numerous times going to a voicemail that is full and you cannot leave a message. Eventually get through at 14h55 spoke to Brenda she can find no such letter, I asked her how is it possible that previous people could have given me info?? I asked to speak to a supervisor was put on hold for more than 10 minutes and then my call was cut. Next Khaya answered ( says he did not speak to me),e then told me that he will phone my husband and tell him the status . Previously I was told they could not phone out. So irritated I could scream.
