So disappointed on Absa, empty promises

I an so disappointed in Absa after trusting them with Absa vehicle finance, they added credit life policy on my installments without me giving consent, they promised to send me contract plus message nothing was done but they just deducted money since March until July. I did get refund for June but still waiting till today for March, April and May instead they only canceled the policy. I am so tired hearing their empty promises saying we will escalate the problem and make it urgent. Now its almost a month, my query was not resolved. The last person who listened to the voice recording was Lindokuhle Mnguni, my ref no ********** 5.//she understood the language on the record but nothing happening.
