So difficult to unblock my temporarily blocked card!
I temporarily blocked my card and am finding it impossible to unblock it. The App doesn't allow it - neither does the website and when I called a few times the phone clicked off. I finally got through and the person who answered couldn't help and left me hanging. How can it be such a bad bank? That nothing functions easily.
