So annoyed

App**** for a credit card the first time and they said 7 days later it will be here then 3 WEEKS after this I go back into the branch only to find out that my application was never processed and no contact was made with me what so ever to let me know what was happening eventually I was getting the impression I am irritating because I kept asking wen my credit card would be there. I had to go back and reapply because there was a system error this is going on for more than a month now I have to call the quotes department to find out when it will be ready they tell me the information I have is wrong and have to sign new acceptance forms this is so *********** where is your communication skills I expect my credit card here in the next few days or I am changing banks this is disgusting service
