Snail service at Absa Dobsonville mall

I work by Flora center and I would go to the Absa there on my 30 minute break and the service was speedy.im working from home now so im forced to use the Absa in Dobsonville mall.its empty but JESUS CHRIST! I have been here for over 30 minutes! Its too slow and my lunch break is depleting. Why is it that we get poor service in the townships but get speedy and efficient services in the suburbian areas??? Its outrageous and its inconveniencing us who cant make it before 3:30pm and on weekends!
