Sms's even after paying off bond

Good day <br> <br> We paid off our bond in February but we're still getting sms's about debit order payments and increasing interest rates? ?? What the heck is happening???? Please call *** As soon as possible to explain this!!!! Otherwise we'll be taking this matter to the Ombudsman if this matter is not explained to me and resolved by Tuesday.
