Smart ID absa no HELP!
Been trying to apply for online fir new Smart ID card . Keep getting a message cannot submit form try again later. This has been going on for days. Look like I will have to quiwe at home affairs as the absa will not help unless I have an online booking confirmation. Was told rudly to get lost and I must stop bothering them when trying to explain my problem look for advise
