Slow service to clients
We are awaiting a consultant at absa branch first uitenhage, and then despatch branch. Sitting here is one consultant. Some people waiting from 8am-11am and two clients moved. I mean waiting 3hours just to open a account is ridiculous. Wow!! I really do feel for the elderly that have to wait or stand so long to be helped because they cant plan better to have enough staff for clients.
