Slow Service from insurance
Good day,
I have a question on your Absa Idirect insurance. How long does it take to settle the car insurance? I had an accident on the 1st June 2018 and i made a claim the following day. Been getting updates first week but this week everything has topped. I had to call back almost everyday on the update. The is a guy who apparently deals with my claim and he keeps telling me that this process takes to 3 - 7 working days. from my counting its been now 10days.
