Slow service

Absa bank chatsworth is the most awful bank to ever visit and being a client for more than 10 years they have still not improved on their service, the staff are unfriendly and with the recent revamp you would think that it would be for the better... Firstly they have only 2 atms outside in a very unsafe location, you have to wait hours to withdraw your own money that you pay absa to keep, secondly the customer service department are very slow, on a busy day like a saturday they decide to have only one person working in the cubicle, whilst the other 3 cubicles are empty, they should have more staff knowing the lines are so long and people wait a very long time! Banking is not a free service, we pay for the service! So when it comes to query relating instances especially when our own money is involved we should be getting the best service. I feel absa needs to employ more staff, a lot of people are unemployed in south africa... Because every time I visit this bank they are always short staff! And we waste the entire day standing in long lines!
