Slow service
My father recently passed away and I need to close his bank accounts and open an estate late account. So far I have managed to open the estate late account but now the closing of the existing accounts is with some department in ABSA who tell me it takes 8 working days to finalize!!! REALLY??????? In this day and age of computers how can it possibly take 8 DAYS to finalize this??? Totally unacceptable, I have bills to pay etc.
