Slow business bankers

Hi,

Your business banking branch is shockingly slow at processing requests. First you need to find your business banker, they do not work on weekends so you are forced to see them during the week or send emails. Emails are responded to after weeks. If the banker is on leave there is no out of office, you add the manager and the manager keeps quiet. I just needed to change bank account ownership since the business had changed ownership. It took FNB a day to sort out this same day issue for my aunt and she just had to walk into the branch at Cornubia. I really do not understand why this process is taking so long, I urge you to change your way of working or else I will be forced to move banks.
