Reviewer Update
Hi there

Im new in town, i come from the fast pace life style in durban. Maybe dundee is more chilled and laid back seen as its a small town? I don't know.

I am serious about playing music in the bank. It could liven up the atmosphere and it could assist in picking up the pace, and it can keep the rest of us awake thats waiting in the que.

Here's my story: 05/12/2020 roughly 10am. I stopped at the bank to collect my new credit card. There must have been 6 people in the que infront of me at enquiries, i waited awhile and the que didn't move.
I saw that there was hardly anybody at the tellers counter, so i went there to draw money, while waiting for the enquiries que to move. Half an hour late, both ques hardly moved. There were 2 tellers there. The one was just counting big stacks of cash. The second one was multi tastking counting cash and helping people. So i decided to go draw money at an atm, dropped the money off, came back, this was around 11.
I then waited half an hour in the enquiries que and it only moved one seat. At 11:30 i complained to the assistant that meets you when you walk in, she said that its month end and they are very busy. .
At my work, when we are very busy we move fast, you can see we are busy.
Anyway she said that i should have told them to deliver my credit card, then i wouldn't have had to sit there. I work 07:30 to 16:00, at a push i can take 30min break. This is obviously not a task that can be achieved in 30min. On saturday i have to buy all my building materials, shop at hardwards, sort the builders out at home. I can't sit in the bank the whole day. Most of the places close very early here, so saturdays are extremely valuable. This branch doesn't seem to consider the customers time. Is there any way to cancel the card and apply for a new one, with delivery?

I've been a loyal customer for many years, i still think very highly of your service, but in a town with only one slow bank, i don't know if I'll be staying.

Regards
Colin Griggs
