SLABSA the worst bank in history

I app**** for a personal loan which was approved more than a week ago. On Saturday 07/11/2015 I went to the Grove where Yolandie told me that they have to confirm employment before they could to the payout, she informed me that this will happen on Monday. This morning I phoned the Grove just to hear that she is not there for the week, so if she is not there nobody is doing her work. Portia took my call this morning as there is no BRANCH MANAGER available till Monday when I want to lodge a complain. She was going to investigate and come back to me, this is now more than 6 hours later and I am still waiting for her to come back to me. The service at the Grove sucks.....
