Siphi na?

Sunday (21-08-16) I recieved a CashSend of R500.00 from a friend and went to the ABSA branch at Olievenhoutbosch to go withdraw. I entered everything I was required to input before getting the money and just when the transaction was approved, the screen on the ATM went black and lit again then quickly logged off. I went to another ABSA atm, this time at the Oliven Plaza where I got an ATM slip that simply gave me a code 55, which I quickly assumed meant the money was withdrawn. I went back to the branch and I asked the Fedelity Security guys why they didn't tell me the ATM was not working to which they responded "Ha wa re dumedisa akere" which losely means, I didn't greet, therefore they didn't tell me...Fast forward Monday, I go back and forth trying to seek clarity and reassurance of at least getting this money back and I am advised to go to the branch and go seek clarity...I am told of processes that involve balancing that particular ATM and that this might take 12 hours to process but I am also reassured that the refund will be done soon...Okay, I then give out my bank acc details and I am told they can't do refunds if the account is not ABSA, fine...I give them the account my friend's bank account who had sent me the money...Fast forward to today (23-08-16), no money has been refunded, instead I'm being told fairytales about journals, balancing of ATMs and whatnots...One lady from the Complaints Centre gave me some reference number which supercedes the original reference number I was given by one of the ladies at the ABSA Olivienhoutbosch...but now, here is my biggest question I ask the big guys at ABSA...

Why are you putting up ATMs in townships but they aren't service and maintained as quickly as those found in White suburbia/

You guys can't even call me and tell me all this info, I have to use my own airtime to call...La tena!!!
