SILVER LINING DURING A DIFFICULT TIME

My mom called me frantically telling me her card was swallowed at the ATM but was used minutes later for withdrawals and a card purchase. I called the stop card line immediately and was assisted promptly and was transferred to the ***** department which could not help because I am not the account holder (fair enough). My mom visited the N1 City branch the following day and they were amazing. She had to get an affidavit and SAPS were extremely helpful and the case is ongoing. Olga Mphahlele and her team were there every step of the way and she was readily available via email. Well, the sad story that gave my mom sleepless nights has a happy ending due to the great work from all parties. Thank you and keep safe
