Sick of absa!!

I'm so tired of absa harassing me. They called me 3 months ago to set up a payment plan to pay the arrears on my loan account. I agreed to the amount and guess what?? I'm getting sms to say I've been handed over and they will be updating my credit score. They could not even help me when I app**** for a reduction on my amount when I told them I can not afford it . They told me I don't qualify. I told them I am willing to pay over a longer period and asked them to just reduce the amount. They rather called me to increase my amount and was happy to do it immediately when I couldn't pay one month!!Obviously I won't! I have never missed a payment only once. But they harassing me every chance they get. I'm so tired of it. Please stop contacting me when you getting your money!

If I could give them no stars I would!!!
