SH**TY Absa Business Reversal processes

I again write regarding a refund request on behalf of my business that has been shifted between Fnb and absa with not a single person taking accountability.

The payment was made in May of 2025 and I have been sent between *** and Absa Disputes (***)

Even after having a Mr Russell Edward’s respond to my previous complaint on this platform NOTHING has been done.

Surely it is not my responsibility as the client to be resolving my own dispute with Absa and their relationship with FNB.

What the HELL is going on!!!???
