Shttt service again
It is annoying that every week I need to write about the shiiit service that is offered by absa. Just to let you know that your evaluator that was allocated to evaluate my house is rude, very impatient and literally doesn't know how to talk to people. I am wondering if he behaves the same with his white counterparts. Basically, I asked the agent who is renting out my property to meet with him, the agent was running late and this white man was becoming impatient. This is even after I did a telecon requesting the agent to talk to him and tell him how far he is as I am not fami**** with the east side. The agent told him that he was driving from silverlakes and most robots are not working, he continued to be rude telling the agent to give him the exact time of arrival which he couldn't predict due to traffic. I even sent him an apology for the inconvenience caused by WhatsApp, he never bothered to respond. This is the same behavior he did when he called the first time to arrange evaluation. I told him that I am still consulting with the two other banks. He became impatient and said he is canceling the evaluation. He must stop treating black people like ****tt. I will make this a racial matter. I don't work for him and he's not doing me a favor by going to my property. These are things that I put on social media. As anticipated, the evaluation is not far. How can a property bought in 2022 for 750k be worth 760k, is that possible? They never do this to their white people, always wanting to oppress black people. Standard bank has approved my Signature Bank account and next week I'm starting the process of moving all my assets to standard bank. I want nothing to do with absa again. After so many years of loyalty, this is the ***en thank I'm getting. I reported this behavior to the consultant assisting me with the house, she only apologized. I'm not surprised because last week absa protected their employee who did an application for a loan and credit card in my account without permission. There's no accountability. I'm done with absa.
Best regards,
