Shortfall Claim

So I took out extended cover for vehicle with ABSA and I was recently involved in a car accident which resulted in my car being a written off, ABSA had to pay the shortfall of the vehicle. I called their call center on Tuesday (30 Jan 2018)to submit my claim and was told to email it, I did exactly that and I didn't receive a response. I called on Wednesday to follow up on the status of my claim and the agent then told me there was nothing on system and I was then transferred to an agent by the name of Lutendo (or how ever its spelt), he then CC'd the entire ABSA regarding my claim and STILL no response. I sent Lutendo an email on Thursday and I didn't get a response from him I then called him and after the call he sent an email to Angie and NO RESPONSE WAS GIVEN. Being the fool that they make me out to be I called AGAIN on Friday to find out what is happening I was then told the claim was being dealt with and feedback will be received on Monday being TODAY THE 5TH OF FEBRUARY. I call for the 100th time on Monday and they tell me Lutendo is not in so they cant assist me????????/ so my life must then be put on pause because LUTHANDO IS NOT AT WORK, I keep getting transferred from one department to another by *********** individuals who don't know what the hell they are doing. in the midst of it all I was given A NUMBER THAT DOES NOT EXIST I mean what kind of peanut gallery is ABSA running? I need my claim (that keeps disappearing and reappearing on their system)to be sorted out IMMEDIATELY. This service is disgusting. I want my claim done by Tuesday 06/02/2018 by CLOSE OF BUSINESS.
